Sweepstakes runs from June 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
1. Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older, excluding licensed real estate agents, employees of My SA New Home/ Select New Homes, LLC, its parent company, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate families (spouse, children, parents, siblings and their respective spouses) or members of the households of each such employee. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. All entrants must have valid e-mail addresses.
2. How to Enter: To enter the sweepstakes, visit www.MySANewHome.com during the Sweepstakes Period and complete and submit the online entry form. Each Calendar Monthly Prize Period begins at 12:01 AM CT on the first day of each calendar month and concludes at 11:59 PM CT on the last day of the corresponding month (for example, 12:01 AM CT on January 1, 2009 through 11:59 PM CT on January 31, 2009). To enter the Sweepstakes, visit the Sweepstakes URL stated in the advertisement (or sweepstakes notice) and follow all entry instructions to complete and submit the online official entry form in its entirety. Entries for the each drawing must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (CST) on the last day of the month. Entrants will be asked to provide name, address, phone number, age, and a valid e-mail address. Entrants must complete all required information on the online entry form to be eligible. Limit one entry per person/e-mail address per calendar month. Multiple entries submitted by a single entrant during any Drawing Period are void. Automated forms of entry are not permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any computer, hardware, software, online, telephone, or human error or technical malfunctions that may occur.
3. Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (ARV)/Odds of Winning: (one (1) per month): $100 Visa or Master Card gift card (total retail value of $100). Maximum ARV: $100, each prize. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received for each drawing. No cash substitutions or transfer of prize will be offered or permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value are not available.
4. Random Drawings/Prize Notification: A random drawing will be conducted within five days of the end of each month during the Sweepstakes Period. Each selected entrant will be contacted using the telephone number provided with the entry and may be awarded the prize (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these rules.) Sponsor's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of a potential winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Each selected entrant will be notified by phone within three (3) business days following the drawing. Failure to respond to the initial phone call within five (5) business days of date of notification or return will result in the potential winner's forfeiture of the prize. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or winner fails to complete and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
5. General: By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final in all matters relating to this promotion. A prize won by an eligible minor will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documents. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the sweepstakes. By accepting any prize, winner consents to use of his/her name and/or likeness for advertising and promotion purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited. Participants waive the right to assert as a cost of winning a prize any and all costs of redemption and any liability which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release My SA New Home, and its parent company, directors, officers, employees and agents, including without limitation its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability for loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to action taken by Sponsor, should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes. If for any reason the sweepstakes program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications-line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software, or for failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
